After waiting for maintenance for a few hours hours, ninja saga finally opened its new feature called 'clans'. What's the use clan and what advantage? See a full explanation of the 'clan' below which I took from the forum ninja saga.
Q. How to create a Clan?
Enter Clan District and you can create a Clan. Make a name for your Clan, and click [Create]. Clan creation fee: 400 Saga Tokens
Q. Are there any limitations to create a Clan?
No level limit. Both free and premium users can create a Clan.
Q. Are there any limitations on Clan name?
Yes, only letters (a-z) and numbers (0-9) are allowed. Every Clan should have a unique name.
Q. How to join a Clan?
You can join a Clan by:
* Accepting invitations sent to your Mailbox from a Clan Master.
* Request an invitation from your friend (who is a Clan Master)
* Search a Clan from the Ranking Page & request an invitation from the Clan Master

It is your character ID. Clan Masters need your ID to search you and invite you in their Clans.
Q. How to get more member slots?
Each Clan is given 20 member slots in the beginning. Clan Master can pay Saga Tokens to open more slots.
Q. Where can I post announcements?
Go to the Announcement tab in Clan Hall, type your announcement and click [Save].
Q. How to read an announcement?
Clan members can read the announcement in the Announcement tab in Clan Hall.
Q. What is the function of Gold donation?
Each Clan has its own fund. All Clan members include the Clan Master can donate Gold into the Clan. Only Clan Master can manage the fund. The fund can be used to construct and upgrade Clan buildings.

No one can get the donated Gold.
Q. What is the function of Ramen, Hot Spring, Temple and Training Hall?
Ramen: Increase Stamina restoration per Tick (Max level: 3)
Hot Spring: Increase all Clan members' max. HP in Clan battles (Max level: 3)
Temple: Increase all Clan members' max. CP in Clan battles (Max level: 3)
Training Hall: Increase all Clan members' attack damage in Clan battles (Max level: 3)
Clan Master can construct and upgrade the buildings in Clan District. Select the building you want to upgrade, and a box will pop up with the building's description.

Only Clan Master can remove Clan members.
Find your Member List in Clan Hall. Select the member you want to remove and click [Remove Member].

Reputation determines the ranking of your Clan.
At the end of each tournament, all members of the Clans that have the highest Reputation will gain significant rewards!
Q. How to gain Reputation?
Win a Clan battle. Every victory will increase a Clan's Reputation.
Q. What is the reward if I win a Clan battle?
Your Clan will receive Reputation.
Q. Are there any punishments if I lose a battle?
No, there are no punishments.
Q. Reputation of my Clan become less and less! Why?
Reputation will be stolen if your Clan members have failed to defend the Clan in a Clan battle - the lost Reputation will go to the attacking Clan.
Q. What is Stamina?
Stamina is your energy. You need Stamina to enter a Clan battle. Each attack or defense in Clan battles requires 10 Stamina.
When your Stamina is 0, you cannot attack other Clans or defend attacks from other Clans. 30Stamina is restored every 30 minutes.
Q. How to gain Stamina?
30 Stamina is restored every 30 minutes. Clan Master can construct Ramen and upgrade the building to increase Stamina restored per Tick.
Q. How to start a Clan battle?

You can do nothing. When somebody from another Clans attack your Clan, the system will automatically choose 1 - 3 Clan members who have Stamina on a random basis to defend the attacks.
Q. Can I recruit my Clan members in a Clan battle?
Yes, you can recruit any of your Clan members (even those who is higher level that you). Note: Recruited Clan members are controlled by computer AI
Q. Can I recruit my friends in a Clan battle?
No. You can only recruit your Clan members.
Q. Can I recruit NPCs in a Clan battle?
No, you cannot recruit NPCs to join Clan battles.
Q. Why sometimes I can gain more Reputation while sometimes less?
The Reputation you can gain from victories depends on your opponent Clan's Reputation. If the opponent Clan has higher Reputation, your Clan can gain more, and vice versa.
So, if you attack a Clan with 0 Reputation, even if you win the Clan battle, you can gain nothing.
